At Visualizations Photography, it is our goal to provide your sports league with a fun and stress free picture day. After being in the business for over 20 years, we have developed routines for picture day to make sure the day runs as smoothly as possible. Information regarding sports pictures can be found below. How Does it Work?

After filling out the contact form below...

The coach or league director who filled out the form will be contacted by a member of the Visualizations Team to discuss possible dates, times, and the location of picture day. Once we have a date scheduled, the league will provide us with a data file with the team rosters. A custom ordering link would then be created to be distributed to the parents through the league. This link is a pre-order link that takes the place of the picture day envelopes of the past. No more lost or forgotten envelopes. Payment is processed online upon check out of your order. No need for kids to handle money or to send checks or money to practice

It's picture day!

On picture day, we ask that each team arrives 10 minutes before their scheduled picture time, ready to go with any needed personal equipment such as bats or gloves. We will have basketballs, footballs, volleyballs needed specific to the sport. Coaches, please arrive 15 minutes before your team's picture time so we can get you checked in. Anyone accompanying the athlete on picture day will be asked to stay in a designated area so as not to distract the athletes and staff. At Visualizations, we pride ourselves in running sports picture days as well oiled machines. We know that your time is valuable, and we want to ensure that the time spent at picture day is worth it. Now that your pictures are ready...

A week and a half or two weeks after picture day, completed orders will be delivered to the your designated coach or league director. When orders are distributed by your coach or league director, every player will receive their ordered package. If a package was not ordered, they will receive a packet with information on how to place a late order. It is always best to pre-order as late orders are slightly higher priced and either would need to be mailed or picked up from our studio location when completed.  

Can I Reorder?

As long as the athlete is photographed on picture day, then yes! In the completed order, there will be a slip of paper with instructions on how to reorder; the link to reorder can be found down below on this page. Please note: due to privacy laws, we cannot put the images online, so the exposure number found on the white slip of paper must be typed into the "notes to photographer" when reordering.
